How to apply

1. Make sure skin is clean and dry.

2. Cut the design then peel the film and press it against your skin.

3. Moisten a piece of paper towel or cotton ball.

4. Rub the paper as shown for 20 seconds and detach the paper.

5. Wait for the tattoo to dry.
